Shipping Policy

I ship through Canada Post and am currently delivering Canada-wide. Please allow 1-3 days for me to process your package and transit times takes about 2-7 days to ship to your home. I try my best but processing/transit times may be extended due to weather, holidays, and other inconveniences.

Please make sure you put in your address correctly because I will not take responsibility for your package not arriving / arriving at the wrong address.


Return Policy

I will not take responsibility for things AFTER I ship your products. I will not take responsibility for any damaged goods due to Canada Post mishandling BUT I do try to package your items in a way that will keep them safe. If you see any flaws that were probably caused by me (flaws from before I shipped it out), please message me so we can work something out. I just ask that you let me know within 1-1.5 weeks of me sending it out. If you would like it to be replaced or refunded, you can either drop it off at my location or send it back to me. If you’re mailing it back to me, you will be able to reuse my packaging (you can message me if you have questions about packaging things) but a new stamp will cost you an additional $2.04 (w tax).

Hopefully this never happens but if I send you the wrong items or forget an item, please let me know! I can either refund you the missing item OR replace your items if you are willing to pay the shipping fee.
